Any request for refund must be made in writing to the Registrar by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All refunds are subject to a $25.00 administration fee.
In addition, the refund will be made as follows:
On any written request received before the beginning of the camp, 15% of the registration fee will be deducted from the refund.
NOVICE TO MIDGET: For requests received before or on October 1st, 50% of the registration fee will be deducted from the refund. There is no refund after October 2nd.
INITIATION AND PRE-NOVICE: No refund after the 3rd week of activities of these categories.
JUNIOR: No refund.
